Cassandra Teh

Cassandra is an Early Childhood Educator and she holds firm that in unity and diversity, there is strength as she has approximately 10 years of teaching experience in Singapore, Malaysia, and currently Germany. Qualified with a Masters in Early Childhood Education from the University of Hertfordshire, UK and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, she is currently an Educational Specialist at an International Preschool in Munich, Germany. Cassandra was introduced to the Jolly Literacy range in 2004 and was impressed at how this method positively impacted young learners' literacy skills, making them confident readers and writers. This propelled her to volunteer to train aspiring teachers in Synthetic Phonics by collaborating with organisations such as TAR Education Community College, Kuala Lumpur and Yayasan Sunbeams Home, Kuala Lumpur. Furthermore, working hand in hand with preschool and primary school educators in Sabah to improve the literacy rate in East Malaysia.  As she is now based in Germany, she has been working closely with Jolly Trainers within Europe to support educators in various school settings to effectively implement the Jolly Learning range and to enhance literacy education in various educational settings. MA in Early Childhood Education, BSocSc (Hons) Psychology, Diploma in Social Science (Counselling).

Jane Liepelt

Hessen

Jane studied Early Childhood at the University of Nairobi in Kenya, and later at Alanus University in Germany. She has been teaching early childhood for over 20 years. Jane first began using Jolly Phonics in 2005 in Nairobi and was positively amazed at how fast her class picked up reading and writing! In the last seven years, Jane has worked with multi-language learners in Germany and has seen the rewards for the children in their fast paced progress, thanks to Jolly Phonics. Jane is ready to share her knowledge and experience with you.
