l am a certified Educational Professional Administration and planning/ English. I started using Jolly Phonics in 2012 in government school and l have seen huge change in my learners reading and writing skills as well as in their pronunciation. I have trained parents ,adults ,educators, and teachers on this method at private and state schools in Africa for 9 years. I was made a teacher leader and also do the work of mentoring and mentoring in my state. And would like to share my experience with other educators both in Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar.

Christiana Felix Oku is a seasoned Primary School Teacher with a degree in Educational Administration and Planning from the University of Calabar, Nigeria. She has twenty- two years of teaching experience in Early Child Care which created the desires to find out more on how to get children to read early. Christiana found Jolly Phonics and started using the programme with her pupils who all made steady progress in reading and writing. She has since trained countless primary school teachers in Nigeria and is available to share her wealth of knowledge with others through Jolly Phonics Training.

David Olufeagba has his B.A in Linguistics. He consults for schools (public and private) in various educational services. His passion for professionalism in child education is unswerving. He has a wide experience in classroom teaching, as he has taught for over a decade. He has trained many teachers in private schools in Jolly Phonics, whom have since become trainers too. He has mentored other passionate teachers in phonics and English Diction. He has achieved excellent results with learners progression of spelling, reading and writing in their Jolly Phonics lessons. He also organises phonics competition for schools, which have in many ways heightened children's confidence in their spellings and reading ability. As a result of his passion for second language learning, David has successfully trained many students for international examinations such as TOEFL, GRE, and IELTS, with outstanding results. Doris has achieved a National Diploma in Business Administration and attended the National College of Education doing Primary and Social Studies. She first began teaching with Jolly Phonics four years ago and seen tremendous changes in the children she has taught and has seen their reading and writing skills greatly improve. Doris is ready to impart this same knowledge on to teachers, parents and the children within Nigeria and West Africa.

Dr. (Mrs) Tina Udoji is the person that brought Jolly Phonics into Nigeria for the very first time in 1999. She is the first accredited Jolly Phonics International trainer in Nigeria. Tina is a trained teacher with many years of classroom experience. She is a British Council certified Education professional in British education with a First degree in Education, a Masters in Early Childhood Education, an international Diploma in Montessori Method of Education and a PhD in Early Childhood Education. Tina has given Jolly Phonics and Grammar trainings since 2002 to thousands of teachers and educators throughout Nigeria. Tina is also the exclusive distributor of Jolly Phonics products in Nigeria.

Emmanuel Tai Osuntubo is a Montessori teacher and certified Early Years co-ordinator with background in Education. He has being using Jolly Phonics since 2004 and training teachers since 2011.Emmanuel has a strong passion for every Nigerian child to have a solid foundation in literacy. He carries about the good testimony of using Jolly Phonics to help every child to be an early reader. He works in Abuja as a school consultant and trainer.
Ajah, Lagos State
Florence graduated from the Department of Business Education (B.ed) at Lagos State University. She is currently working at Furst Class Schools as a nursery teacher and is the Jolly Phonics Coordinator there. Her dedicated passion for imparting knowledge has kept her her teaching for over 10 years, teaching Jolly Phonics across all ages of pupils and teachers in Nigeria. She believes nothing is more rewarding than seeing children learn and grow with confidence in their reading and writing abilities! As such, Florence is always available to train teachers and parents in Jolly Phonics.
Rivers State/ South-South Region
Ibiere holds a B.A (Ed) degree in English, an M.A in both English and Linguistics, along with a Ph.D in Linguistics and has always been passionate about raising the level of achievement for language acquisition. Ibiere began teaching with Jolly Phonics in 2010, but was first introduced to the methods in 2009. After she researched and studied Jolly Phonics, Ibiere has seen a great deal of change in her classes. The results in teaching with Jolly Phonics have been enormous, as the children read better and the teachers are happier and sufficiently motivated to teach. Ibiere can provide services in worldwide teacher training, assistance in implementing Jolly Phonics curriculum in schools and support for struggling readers.
Garki, FCT Abuja
Joy Osarobo-Obazee (B.A. Hons) is a qualified early years' teacher and an accredited Jolly Phonics Professional Trainer. She has worked with several schools as a class teacher and has travelled extensively around Nigeria, training teachers in the use of the Jolly Phonics methodology for use in their classrooms. Joy found out about Jolly Phonics in 2013 while interacting with a young boy she was contracted to provide extra classes for. She was inspired by the technique with which he read words and was motivated to find out more about it. She has time and time again witnessed how children experiencing difficulty with reading and writing, gained speed and confidence as they applied the Jolly Phonics method.

Kemi Adebajo is the Country representative and accredited trainer for Jolly Phonics. She has a BA in Engish from the University of Ibadan, Diploma in Montessori from the Mondern School of Montessori UK and a PGDE from the University of Lagos. She taught at St Saviour’s School Ikoyi for 12 years and has over a decade and a half teaching experience. She has a passion for teaching, and impacting lives. She has trained teachers in well over 100 private schools in Nigeria from 2005 to date. In addition she has carried out trainings and trials in several states in Nigeria. She has a team of trainers which she mentors closely.
Akure
Teaching nursery classes began out of curiosity for Kesiena but very soon became her passion! Since receiving Jolly Phonics training in 2012, she experienced a transformation in her teaching of reading and writing to Nursery 2 pupils. Kesiena then continued to use Jolly Phonics as her method of teaching English for the next 3 years, achieving tremendous results in pupil's reading, writing and speaking. She is very passionate about teaching early literacy using Jolly Phonics and has been passing this passion to hundreds of teachers, whom she now mentors. Kesiena is available to share her Jolly Phonics skills with teachers in Nigeria and internationally.
Uyo, Akwa Ibom State
Michael Edem Udo is a professional teacher with twenty years of classroom teaching experience in the Primary School sector. He holds a Master's Degree with specialization in Early Childhood Education. He has been teaching with Jolly Phonics for many years, recording tremendous achievement in helping children to gain proficiency in literacy, particularly reading, writing, pronunciation and spelling, very early in life. Michael has trained many teachers across many states in Nigeria. Currently, he is the Jolly Phonics Teacher Leader under Itu Local Government Area Education Authority, Akwa Ibom State, monitoring and mentoring colleagues across the state. Michael is passionate to share his experience in Jolly Phonics with who ever wills and is available to provide training within and outside Nigeria.
Ibadan
Mbj has a wide breadth of experience within the education sector and has been involved in the teaching of Jolly Phonics for a few years now. As an education administrator and a teacher with a strong devotion to equal and quality education for all, she was overjoyed when she came across Jolly Phonics in 2016, seeing it as an opportunity to help children across different colors, gender and status read and write without stress and in a fun way too! She quickly implemented the program in her school where she is the administrator as well as a teacher and was astonished at the amazing results she achieved within a short period of time. She became a co-trainer in the same year, training public primary school teachers in the Southwest region of Nigeria. She also implemented the teaching in her adult literacy class in conjunction with Lagos State Agency for Mass Education and Adult Literacy. She has conversely gone on to be involved with the training of public primary school teachers across Nigeria and Sierra Leone. Mobolaji has B.Ed degree in Education Management from Lead City University, Nigeria and English Language as her teaching subject. She is also a Social Entrepreneur who creates platforms and opportunities for teenagers and young adults to develop their talents and potentials thereby achieving their dreams and aspirations.

Norah Umoh, a TCII and NCE holder, is a Jolly Phonics trainer currently working with Universal Learning Solutions as a training officer and a Regional Manager (Eket Senatorial District – Akwa Ibom State) in Private School Training. She came across Jolly Phonics at Stepping Stones Model School, Akwa Ibom State in 2006 through Naomi Foxcroft and has been using Jolly Phonics ever since. She believes that Jolly Phonics is best method for reading and writing as it has helped so many teachers and pupils across the country.
Nigeria
Dr Olubusola Eshiet has facilitated training in Jolly Phonics, Jolly Phonics Extra and Jolly Grammar for several thousand teachers in Nigeria and some in Ghana. Her training and mentoring have helped teachers move from enduring English Language teaching to enjoying the subject. She continues to research the use of Jolly Phonics and is the research leader for Jolly Phonics Extra. She shares the results of her research at local and international conferences. Busola supports government bodies, teachers, and schools through Optimalpath Consulting Limited, her business based in Newcastle upon Tyne, in the North East of England.
Lagos
Olufunmi is a seasoned educator who has a passion for helping children develop reading skills as early as possible. She has achieved great results teaching primary level pupils to read and write using Jolly Phonics. In addition, she has trained many teachers in the Jolly Phonics method. Many of these teachers have since become 'Jolly Phonics Ambassadors' and spread the Jolly word and advocate the Jolly Phonics programme to use in schools. Olufunmi has delivered and managed Jolly Phonics pilot projects, leading to full adoption in four states! She has managed large scale training and mentoring of teachers in government and private primary schools in South West Nigeria.
Bo / Abeokuta, Ogun State
Kemi is an Early Years specialist and experienced school administrator. She has seen many children develop reading sills in early life, because of her teaching them in the synthetic phonic method and using Jolly Phonics. Kemi also provides remedial teaching for children of varying ages who have reading challenges, and finds Jolly Phonics has an encouraging impact for these children. This is the reason she has become a Jolly Trainer, to enable her to share her positive experiences with as many teachers as possible. Phina is a school teacher with over ten years of teaching experience, with a B.Sc. (Ed.) in Education Chemistry. She has a passion for promoting literacy in young children as a result of which, she organises various educational programmes for children and uses the Jolly Phonics method to teach children to read and write. Phina has given training in Jolly Phonics to numerous school teachers in both the public and private school sectors in Nigeria and is committed to improving the literacy levels of children extending to other African countries.
