Kanthie is a Highly qualified in Pre/Primary Education and worked as a Head Teacher/ Teacher and Educationist, Obtained International Diploma from Association Montessori International Amsterdam, Netherlands. (2004 -2005) Kanthie is also a  certified registered teacher having fulfilled the Entry Criteria in accordance with the Bench Marked Standards - for Elocution, Speech and Drama at the Institute for Examinations in English Music and Speech in Sri Lanka, and The Voice Over Festival of Performing Arts (Pvt.) Ltd. Sri Lanka - Member of The British Arts Festivals Association, UK’s Longest Established Festival Network. Currently working as a  Jolly Phonics and Grammar Instructor to International Schools in Sri Lanka. Worked as a Jolly Phonics Instructor at Trinity College Kandy Sri Lanka.She has been teaching children,  Jolly phonics for  18 years and has seen that Jolly Phonics gives children the tools and confidence to read and write effectively, in which she uses these skills to run workshops on basic and advanced phonics with children aged 3- 16 years, of age. She specializes in unique learning methods based on the individual needs of students alongside Jolly Learning which has led to an extraordinary results in written and spoken English. She now trains School Directors, Teachers and Parents on Jolly Phonics, and Jolly Grammar, so that the knowledge can be passed on to help more students achieve higher levels of English. One month Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar - 2 days a week for Teachers. Monday to Sunday Jolly Phonics and Grammar Training for Primary Children Grade 1 to Grade 6 on zoom and Physical classes. Areas that I Teach Conducts classes in Jolly English, Jolly Phonics, Jolly Grammar and Jolly Classroom, for Children and Teacher Trainer in all areas of Jolly Learning. and English Language up to OL’s Physical and online classes. Zeenath Raees is an experienced educator and consultant with over 10 years of expertise in phonics instruction and literacy development. She has trained over 2,000 teachers in phonics instruction, with a strong emphasis on Jolly Phonics, and successfully implemented a structured phonics program for children. Her training programs have reached teachers across Sri Lanka, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and other international regions. Her passion for Jolly Phonics began with the remarkable results she observed in children when she introduced the program. Motivated by its effectiveness, she opened her own classes and found that children not only enjoy learning to read, write, and speak English through this fun and engaging method but also gain confidence and fluency. Zeenath is a certified trainer for various organizations and has completed professional development programs in phonological awareness and phonics instruction. She regularly updates her skills by attending multiple Jolly Phonics training sessions, ensuring her teaching methods align with the latest practices. In addition to managing her academy, Zeenath works as a consultant and conducts workshops in schools to promote phonics-based literacy education. With a significant need for certified Jolly Phonics trainers in Sri Lanka United Arab Emirates, and other regions, Zeenath remains dedicated to expanding Jolly Phonics reach.
