Irene Baysal, a native of Southern California and UCLA graduate, taught EFL in kindergarten and primary schools abroad for 15 years. She is currently the director of a boutique home preschool in Southern California. She uses Jolly Phonics in her classroom religiously and sees incredible results. She is very passionate about Jolly Phonics and is eager to provide training to teachers and schools to raise levels of literacy regardless of learning styles or difficulties. She sees how Jolly Phonics reaches different learning styles (visual, auditory, kinaesthetic) through stories and songs that are fun and easy for children to learn and recall. Irene has been enthusing colleagues, giving training presentations and speaking at conferences about Jolly Phonics to raise standards across the board.

Meliha Chausheva is a highly experienced kindergarten teacher. She has taught in several English kindergartens as the main teacher in Reception class. Her passion to make the learning process fun and exciting for the children made her search for other challenges. She sees the programme as a tool that allows children to develop their full potential through the exciting journey of learning. She is also pleased to observe children gaining self –confidence during the process. Meliha finds Jolly Phonics one of the most rewarding programmes as teachers can see the results of their work shortly after they have made the first steps. She is happy to share experience with other teachers around Bulgaria and on the Balkans.
