Erum has spent the past 14 years shaping the future of young learners as an early years educator. Her teaching journey began at several prestigious institutions, where she discovered Jolly Phonics in 2013 and was impressed by its transformative effect on her students' reading and writing skills. For the past four years, she has actively conducted Jolly Phonics training for teachers, parents, and schools. She aims to expand the program's reach within Pakistan and globally through in-person and online sessions.

Currently, Erum heads the Kindergarten branch of a private school, where she successfully introduced the Jolly Phonics curriculum and trained her staff. With a master’s degree in economics and another in Teacher Education, Erum holds a range of professional qualifications, including certifications in Education Leadership, Change Management, and Early Childhood Education from prestigious institutions such as Queen’s University, Canada, and LUMS Lahore. Passionate about enhancing early education, her goal is to continue spreading the benefits of Jolly Phonics to educators and learners worldwide.
