Harshala Jadhav, who holds a Diploma in Electronics Engineering, first started teaching with Jolly Phonics in 2015. After developing a multi-sensory environment - and having studied Montessori methods at The Association Montessori Internationale in India - she saw a wonderful response with accelerated development in her children's reading and writing skills.

She is the Centre Head of a renowned pre-school in Pune. She has conducted many teacher training courses, enabling them to implement the programme in their schools.
