With over 20 years of experience in the education sector, including leadership roles as Vice Principal at Maharaja Agrasen Public School and Curriculum Instructional Leader at People United for Education, Ruchika has been instrumental in shaping educational excellence.

Holding a commerce background alongside an Early Childhood Care Education certification from S.C.E.R.T. Delhi, Ruchika has spent the past 12 years specializing in Jolly Phonics and 4 years in Jolly Grammar. Her dedication to this transformative method has led to significant improvements in her students’ reading, writing, and overall English fluency. She is passionate about making this powerful learning tool accessible to children worldwide.

In addition to her expertise in Jolly Phonics and Grammar, Ruchika is a motor skill coach, Six Brick educator, handwriting educator, storyteller, public speaking educator, and creative bulletin board trainer and she loves to use music and movement and visual learning tools in her training and teaching. Currently, she partners with schools to enhance the professional development of Early Childhood educators. Through her engaging workshops and training sessions, Ruchika consistently empowers educators, parents, and students to achieve excellence in foundational literacy skills.
