Mbj has a wide breadth of experience within the education sector and has been involved in the teaching of Jolly Phonics for a few years now. As an education administrator and a teacher with a strong devotion to equal and quality education for all, she was overjoyed when she came across Jolly Phonics in 2016, seeing it as an opportunity to help children across different colors, gender and status read and write without stress and in a fun way too! She quickly implemented the program in her school where she is the administrator as well as a teacher and was astonished at the amazing results she achieved within a short period of time. She became a co-trainer in the same year, training public primary school teachers in the Southwest region of Nigeria. She also implemented the teaching in her adult literacy class in conjunction with Lagos State Agency for Mass Education and Adult Literacy. She has conversely gone on to be involved with the training of public primary school teachers across Nigeria and Sierra Leone. Mobolaji has B.Ed degree in Education Management from Lead City University, Nigeria and English Language as her teaching subject. She is also a Social Entrepreneur who creates platforms and opportunities for teenagers and young adults to develop their talents and potentials thereby achieving their dreams and aspirations.

Kemi is an Early Years specialist and experienced school administrator. She has seen many children develop reading sills in early life, because of her teaching them in the synthetic phonic method and using Jolly Phonics. Kemi also provides remedial teaching for children of varying ages who have reading challenges, and finds Jolly Phonics has an encouraging impact for these children. This is the reason she has become a Jolly Trainer, to enable her to share her positive experiences with as many teachers as possible. Kemi has provided training in both Jolly Phonics and Jolly Buddies, and is available to contact for future training enquiries.

Thomas has been a passionate class one teacher since 2015, enjoying teaching at the start of a child's educational journey. He has also been teaching with Jolly Phonics, and the improvement he sees is great. The majority of the children have developed skills and their interests in reading and writing have grown. He will always make himself available to impart this same knowledge and experience to other teachers, to make sure that the Jolly Phonics method of teaching is being implemented across Sierra Leone. Ice is therefore ready for training at any time the need arises.
